Delete account
You can delete your Orlando in Detail account directly in the app. Deletion is permanent.
Delete in the app
- Open the app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- In My Plans, open Settings and tap Delete account.
- Read what will be deleted and confirm Delete my account. Wait for confirmation.
What will be deleted
Your sign-in account, profile, photo, plans, visits, ratings, conversation history and notification tokens linked to the account will be deleted. Your personal copy on this device will also be removed.
Account content is removed from active storage. Existing backups follow the provider’s retention period and are not restored to normal service use.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Apple, Google Play or Stripe. Check your subscription where you purchased it.
Cannot access the app?
Request deletion using the contact below, from your account email, with the subject “Delete account”. We will verify that you own the account before processing your request. Do not send passwords or sign-in codes.
